HOAs & Property Managers

Annual Storm Prep &
Seasonal Tree Maintenance
for South Georgia HOAs

One annual contract covers pre-season canopy inspection, hazard removal, post-storm priority response, and a documented report your insurance team will actually want to see. Stop calling emergency crews at 3× the cost every time a storm rolls through.

What happens when you don't
have a contract in place

South Georgia gets hit. Hurricane season, ice storms, heavy spring storms — it's not a question of if, it's when. Without a plan, you're always calling as a stranger paying emergency rates.

🌀
Hurricane & Storm Season
Peak season in South Georgia runs June through November. Hazard trees that weren't addressed pre-season become emergencies the moment the first big storm hits — at full emergency-call pricing.
🧊
Ice Storms Snap Without Warning
Ice loading on weakened limbs doesn't give you 24 hours' notice. A dead limb over a parking lot or a tenant's vehicle becomes a liability claim before breakfast.
⚖️
Tenant Liability Exposure
If you knew about a hazard tree and didn't act, documented or not, you own the liability. An annual inspection report is your paper trail that you exercised reasonable care.
💸
Emergency Rates vs. Contract Rates
Emergency call-outs — especially post-storm when every crew is booked — run 2× to 3× normal pricing. Contract clients get scheduled rates and jump the queue. That math isn't subtle.
⚠️
Emergency rates are 2–3× scheduled work. A single post-storm call-out on a large property often costs more than an entire annual contract. The contract pays for itself after the first storm.

Every annual contract covers
these six items

Quoted per portfolio. Everything below is included — no add-on line items, no surprise charges for what should have been in scope.

01
Pre-Season Canopy Inspection
Full walk of every property before storm season opens. We identify hazard trees, structurally weak limbs, and anything within strike distance of buildings, vehicles, or utilities.
Documented report included
02
Dead & Dying Tree Removal
Identified hazard trees removed as part of the contract — not a separate quote that turns into a 6-week project. Stumps ground flush. Site cleaned up same day.
03
Hazard Limb Pruning
Overhanging limbs above structures, drooping deadwood, and branches with poor attachment angles — pruned before they become a problem, not after. Includes our 125-ft bucket truck for high canopy work.
04
Post-Storm Priority Queue
Contract clients go to the front of the line after a storm. You don't wait behind every one-off caller in the region. We mobilize to you first — 50-mile radius, 24-hour target response.
Contract clients only
05
Debris Removal — $450/Load Contracted Rate
Storm debris, pruning waste, or seasonal cleanup — hauled at the contracted flat rate. No per-cubic-foot pricing, no "haul distance" surcharges. Budget it the same every time.
Flat rate, no surprises
06
Documented Inspection Report
Written report after each inspection covering trees assessed, work completed, and recommendations. Formatted for sharing with your HOA board, insurance carrier, or property owner.
Insurance & liability ready

Priced per portfolio — not
a one-size-fits-all rate card

No firm prices posted here because each portfolio is different — acreage, tree density, building proximity, and storm exposure all factor in. Book a walk-through and we'll quote you directly. These three tiers describe the scope, not the price.

Chad's on every walk.
No foreman handoff.

A storm prep contract is only worth what the person executing it is worth. Here's what owner-operated means in practice.

👤
Chad on Every Walk
The person who sold you the contract is the person who shows up to inspect the property. No junior crew making calls above their pay grade. Chad's eye, every time.
📱
One Number to Call
Post-storm at 6am? You call Chad. Mid-season hazard tree spotted by a tenant? You call Chad. No hold queue, no dispatch system, no ticket numbers.
🚫
No Foreman Handoff
Larger companies send a foreman to assess and a different crew to do the work. What gets communicated is what gets cut. We don't have that gap — same person, start to finish.
🚛
125-ft Bucket Truck
Most local operations top out at 60ft. Mature South Georgia hardwoods don't. We handle canopy work other crews literally can't reach, without subcontracting it out.
📋
Reports You Can Actually Use
Inspection reports written in plain language — what was found, what was done, what's recommended. Formatted for HOA boards and insurance carriers, not just for filing.
🛡️
Fully Insured, Same-Day COI
General liability and workers' comp on file. Certificate of insurance sent same day — no delays on your property manager's compliance checklist.
